Windham Antiques Appraisal Services provides identification, information and valuation of antique items for those seeking to know about antiques they have and their value. We appraise a wide spectrum of antiques including furniture, paintings, printed works on paper such as etchings, engravings, woodblock prints, other types of artwork, silver, glass, porcelain, ceramics, pottery, books, historical paper including autographed letters, documents, historical ephemera and memorabilia as well as many other kinds of antique items.
With over 35 years of professional appraisal experience and as a member of the New England Appraisers Association you will receive professional expertise including identification and valuation to increase your understanding and appreciation for your cherished antique items.
For item identification, information and valuation we ask for a nominal fee of $15 which will provide you with both information and market value for your item. Any additional items you would like information about and valuation for, the fee would be $10 for each additional item. Information we send to you would be in the form of an email.
We can also prepare professional appraisal documents to secure adequate insurance for your antique items as well as for estate settlement and equitable distribution purposes. If an appraisal document is desired, there would be an additional fee for time spent preparing a document which would comply with specific legal guidelines.

You can then make payment for our services through our Paypal email address which is windham@bmark.com or you are welcome to send payment by personal check if you prefer. We will promptly proceed with your appraisal request for appraisal services once payment for service is received.
When submitting your request please include images of your item(s) to be appraised and indicate relevant markings if any as well as dimensions. You will receive information and valuation of your item(s) by email typically within a day or two. If an appraisal document is requested a physical appraisal document will be sent by mail.
In addition to appraisal services we can also provide advisement outlining options for the marketing of antiques as well as provide marketing assistance to those who have antiques to sell.
